1. Service Description

Automark Affiliate Engine ("Automark", "the Service") is a multi-tenant SaaS platform developed by Webotify ("we", "us", "our") that automates the distribution of affiliate product offers across multiple channels including WhatsApp, Pinterest, and Instagram. The Service includes offer discovery, intelligent scoring, deduplication, scheduling, and multi-channel publishing.

2. Acceptable Use

By using Automark, you agree to:

• Publish only legitimate affiliate offers from authorized marketplace programs
• Respect all rate limits and usage guidelines of connected platforms (Pinterest, WhatsApp, Instagram)
• Not use the Service for spam, misleading advertising, or any unlawful purpose
• Maintain valid affiliate accounts with the marketplaces you connect
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Attempt to bypass rate limits or anti-abuse measures of third-party platforms
• Use the Service to distribute counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited products
• Share your account credentials or API keys with unauthorized parties
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Exceed the usage limits of your subscription plan

4. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all code, algorithms, designs, and documentation, is the exclusive property of Webotify. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. Content you create or distribute through the Service remains your property.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any actions taken by third-party platforms (including account suspensions), loss of revenue, or indirect damages arising from the use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

1. Data We Collect

When you connect third-party accounts to Automark, we collect and store:

• Pinterest: access_token, refresh_token, user_id, list of boards
• WhatsApp: session tokens, group IDs, group names
• Instagram: access_token, user_id, account type
• Account info: email address, display name, subscription plan

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Authenticate and maintain connections to your linked platforms
• Publish pins, posts, and messages on your behalf as configured by you
• Display your boards, groups, and accounts within the Automark dashboard
• Generate usage analytics and performance reports for your account

3. Data Storage & Security

All tokens and credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. Data is isolated per tenant — no cross-tenant access is possible. Our infrastructure runs on secured, monitored servers with regular security audits.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any third parties. Your data is only transmitted to the platforms you explicitly connect (Pinterest, WhatsApp, Instagram) for the sole purpose of executing the automations you configure.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained for the duration of your active account. Upon account cancellation or deletion request, all associated data — including tokens, logs, and configuration — is permanently deleted within 30 days.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access all data we store about you at any time via the dashboard
• Revoke platform access at any time through the Integrations page or the platform's own settings
• Request complete data export in a machine-readable format
• Request permanent deletion of all your data

Purpose of Access

Automark uses the Pinterest API exclusively to publish product pins (affiliate offers) to boards selected by the user. The boards:read scope allows us to display your available boards so you can choose where pins are published. The pins:write scope allows us to create pins on your behalf.

What We Do

• Read your list of boards to present selection options in the dashboard
• Create pins with affiliate offer content (image, title, description, link) on your selected boards
• Respect Pinterest rate limits and content policies
• Log all pin creation activities for your audit trail

What We Do NOT Do

• We do not read your private pins or personal data beyond board listings
• We do not access your Pinterest analytics or follower data
• We do not modify or delete existing pins
• We do not share your Pinterest data with any third parties
• We do not use your Pinterest data for advertising or profiling purposes

Revoking Access

You can revoke Automark's access to your Pinterest account at any time by:

• Disconnecting Pinterest from the Automark Integrations page
• Removing the app from your Pinterest Connected Apps settings

Upon revocation, all stored Pinterest tokens are deleted immediately.
